    Please make your way to Piazzale Montelungo, in front of “CAF TOUR & TRAVEL - GRAY LINE” yellow street sign.
    Please report at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start time. This is mandatory to allow time for pre-departure briefing.

    Lying between two important art cities, Florence and Siena, the celebrated Chianti countryside is renowned for its wines. The sprawling landscape is made up of woods, vineyards and olive groves scattered with Romanesque churches, farmhouses, villas and castles.

    You will visit a traditional Tuscan estate where you can walk in the beautiful gardens and the wine cellars, lined with the world-renowned Chianti Classico. Here you will enjoy a snack and wine tasting.

    Re-board your coach for a visit to one of the areas most beautiful Romanesque churches, which you will be free to explore.

    You last stop of the day will be a medieval village "San Donato" where you will stop for dinner. A typical rich Tuscan meal will be served along with excellent Chianti wines.

    After dinner you will return to Florence. You will be dropped back to the original departure location.

    Piazzale Montelungo can be easily reached as usual from Piazza della Stazione (Station Square) through various access routes.

    • fantastic tour- worth going on. there is a lot of information that could have benefited us for the est of our trip but as this was re booked for our last day it was not beneficial to us. I would say book this tour at the start of your break. the tour guide was lovely and very informative and both wine tasting venues were really good
