    This small group tour will take you on a guided and fully supported bike ride in the picturesque Tuscan countryside just outside of Florence.

    Bike through shimmering olive groves and past fertile vineyards. You will see and visit Florentine castles and hillside villa estates. Stop for a delicious light lunch at a local Chianti estate, where you will taste some of the famous local wines.

    FlorenceTown Tours & News Stand located Piazza della Repubblica, next to the APPLE STORE under the loggias, corner with Via Pellicceria. So there is no last minute rush, please arrive 15 minutes early to the start time so as to allow time for pre-departure briefing.

    Travelers need to make your way to the designated meeting point for this exciting Bike Tour of Chianti. You will be met by your guide English speaking, who will accompany you on this tour.

    Board a comfortable, air-conditioned minivan and get transported to the starting location of the tour, the Chianti area, at the gate of Florence. The journey takes about 15 minutes.

    You will then undergo a section of training by a professional before setting out. You will be provided a quality 21 speed bicycle, helmet, and a water bottle.

    Drive for about 2 hours taking in the stunning scenery all round. Bike through shimmering olive groves and past fertile vineyards. You will see and visit Florentine castles and hillside villa estates.

    Arrive at a winery. Spend the next 1.5 hours exploring the winery.

    A light lunch and wine tasting are included here, featuring Tuscan specialties with a little tasting of some of the most famous chianti.

    After lunch, hop on to your bike once more, driving on for more than 1 hour.

    Hand over your bike and board the minivan for a 15-minute ride back to Florence. The tour ends at the starting point.
